Founded in 2005, Realize Consulting Group consists of a team with more than 50 years of combined senior executive experience in the nonprofit, philanthropic and public sectors. Our hands-on experience taught us that among the successful organizations, there are also those that struggle.  Fueled by a passion to enhance the success of these organizations, we looked at the market to determine the biggest challenges and then pooled our experience to develop a unique approach to solutions.

What we consistently found was the lack of customized strategies available to individual organizations. Theories abound, but they simply don’t apply to everyone. As a result, our mission is to listen to our clients, customize strategies and implement solutions based on their unique needs, all with affordable budgets.
