RCG was brought in by the Ford Foundation to serve as the project coordinator for the Savings for Education, Entrepreneurship, and Downpayment (SEED). SEED is a multi-year national initiative designed to develop and test the benefits of matched savings accounts and financial education for children and youth. The initiative seeks to set the stage for the development of universal, progressive policies for asset building and children’s savings. As project coordinator, RCG provides overall management and oversight of the initiative’s various components, including program development and implementation, evaluation, and policy development; supports the SEED advisory board; and supports the principle funders and national partners.
