Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) engaged RCG to support its efforts to increase the number of clubs and teens utilizing the CareerLaunch program. BGCA also requested that RCG review the practices and processes associated with its implementation of a national program at the local club level. RCG is working with BGCA to simplify program delivery while retaining program value; create a more concise training program; create and effectively disseminate a message that excites and engages Chief Professional Officers and Program Directors in meeting the needs of teens; measure the individual growth of participants and understand the real impact the program has on teens; and determine growth in the program in the number of Clubs that have implemented CareerLaunch and the number of youth served.
