RFQ Panel Facilitation – First 5 Santa Clara County

First 5 Santa Clara County asked RCG to facilitate its Community Engagement and Education RFQ review panel. The purpose of the RFQ was to select applicants who would develop and lead outreach, engagement, and education activities which support the goals of First 5. The panel of eight community members reviewed 25 proposals and determined that nine agencies were highly-qualified and worthy of recommendation to the commission for approval.
