Rick Williams is the Founder and President of Realize Consulting Group, LLC. Rick is also the coordinator of the Asset Funders Network and a member of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation Economic Security Advisory Committee. Prior to starting Realize Consulting in 2005, Rick was the National Programs Director for the Charles and Helen Schwab Foundation, where he managed all of the grantmaking programs for the foundation. Rick also served as one of the founding steering committee members of the Grantmakers for Effective Organizations. Rick has also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for EMQ Children and Family Services, a statewide children’s behavioral healthcare organization based in Northern California; the Deputy Director of the Santa Clara County’s Mental Health Department; and Director of the Santa Clara County’s psychiatric inpatient services. Rick holds a BS in clinical psychology from Washington State University and a master’s degree in clinical psychology and organizational development from Antioch University.

Jeanne Labozetta
Jeanne Labozetta is a Senior Consultant of Realize Consulting Group. Jeanne formerly served as President and CEO of Family and Children Services of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. During her tenure, the agency won national recognition and awards for its service delivery and MIS system, and grew from 3 to 150 sites. Jeanne also served as Director of Individual and Family Development of Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County. Jeanne is Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Directors of Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits, a member of Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Community Advisory Council, and a Senior Fellow with American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley. Jeanne has served as an officer of the California Association of Family Service Agencies and the Executive Leadership Planning Council of the Alliance for Children and Families. Jeanne holds a BS in Sociology, an MBA and MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Santa Clara University. She is also a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is the recipient of two Santa Clara University Awards: the Ignatian Award (the highest award to alumna for outstanding service to the community) and the Outstanding Alumna, Division of Counseling Psychology and Education.
Toni Cooke
Toni Cooke is a Senior Consultant of Realize Consulting Group and the managing principal of T. Cooke and Associates in Upland, California. Toni has over 20 years of experience in non-profit and health care environments. Formerly with the Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative, she served as a Senior Associate Director overseeing grants and assisting the initiative’s grantees in meeting the foundation’s accountability requirements. During that time she led the development of expansion opportunities in new communities, inviting foundations to invest in programs and resources to support foster youth between the ages of 14 and 23 years of age. She also served as co-chair for the Foster Care Work Group, one of three work groups of the Youth Transition Funders Group. Toni holds a BA from Douglass College/Rutgers University and a master’s degree in social work from Howard University. She has extensive experience in sustainability planning and Results Based Accountability. Toni was recently qualified in Results Based Facilitation and received her Myers-Briggs certification from the Association of Psychological Type. She was recently appointed to the Advisory Committee to First Five, San Bernardino County, CA.
